AbstractCurrent research aims to identify :
1. Social persuasion with counselors
2. Differences in social persuasion with counselors depending on the variables of gender ( male female) and length of service for the period ( 1-5 years ) , (6-10 years old ) , ( 11 + years ).
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a tool for the purpose of measuring ( persuasion, social ), relying on the theoretical framework of the theory of Pandora (Bandura, 1977) ( to convince social ), and after we verify the researchers of the properties Alsekoumtria of scale through the extraction of honesty and strength discriminatory and coefficient of correlation between the degree of paragraph and the total score of the scale , as was the stability of scale persuasion social (0.89) , in a re- test, and ( 90 ) in a manner Alpha Cronbach , and the number of paragraphs of the scale as the final (46) paragraph, the researchers applied the scale on a random sample of counselors at ( 394 ) mentor and tutor in the provinces of the Middle Euphrates ( Diwaniyah - Najaf - Babylon - Karbala ), according to the variables of gender (male - female), and length of service for the period ( 1-5 years ), ( 6-10 years ), (11 + years ), and after collection and processing of data statistically using test Altaúa for a single sample, the Altaúa test for two independent samples , analysis of variance duo , and Pearson correlation coefficient , the researchers reached the following:
1.the current sample have social persuasion 2 . No statistically significant differences in the social persuasion counselors variable depending on gender ( males - females )
3. No statistically significant differences depending on the length of service variable ( 1-5 years ) , (6-10 years old ) , ( 11 + years ) and in favor of the third period (11 + years ) .
The research came out a set of recommendations and proposals
