styles of art expression in paintings of mid-school students and its relation with the sexual variable .
The research aimed in identifying the styles of art expression in paintings of mid-school students with the similarity and difference in the art expression according to sexual variable .
This search was done on the two samples of students of the mid-school from (13-15)age from both sexes. The first sample was used for the exploratory research. There were(160) students, (80)boys and (80) girls, who were taken from two schools, also this sample was used in the proving and affixing the research tool . The students of the second research were (400)students in the range of (200) boys and (200) girls ,who were taken from (6)mid- schools in Baqubah ( center of Diyala governorate),this sample was used in the basic research.
Only one tool was used in this research ,this tool is (selection tool for style of art- expression), which has done by (Hamady) in1998 year .also it was designed to limit the styles of art- expression in the paintings of secondary stage, which it was used here in this research according to what (Victor Linfield) and (Harbert Reid)concluded that these styles(visual , sensory)which could be seen from overdue childhood onward ; of what encouraged the researchers to use it in this research after becoming sure it is true.
The current research reached to finding of two distinct styles in the in paintings of the students of mid-school (13-15)years .These differences between these two styles were ha a statistic sign at level (0,05) which were (visual style)and (subjective style). Also two mixed distinct styles showed from each other ,which are (completely visual / completely subjective ) and (completely subjective / visual - subjective),therefore, the two researchers saw to combine each one the closest point to it ,so it became only two visual and subjective. Also there is no repetitions of difference between the styles of the painting of the boys and girls is with a statistic indication at level (0,05) , which is proving that the two styles are not distinct in this scope. Also the normative wrong was calculated { } for quadruple connection which shows that it is smaller then connection element art-which is not a meaning sign ,which arranged no finding of relation between the styles of art- expression and sexual variable.
In the light or results of this research, two researchers introduced suitable recommendations ,also they introduced their suggestion to do another research concerning field connected with this important studying stage which they believe that it supports the role and the importance of the art education .

A Summary of the Research
(EI- Ghazooli : features of his epoch , his own life and his criticism)
Praise be to God :and His blessing and Peace be upon the Grand Prophet Mohammed and his infallible family .
At the beginning , it should be said that the reasonable ground for founding this research is to discuss and encounter the critical characteristics in EI – Sham countries in the Nineth of the Hijra century ,for the contemporary scholars believe that the cultured and well-bred people of that time were involved entirely in rhetoric and embellishing utterances , far away from creating effective concept .
The basic notion which dominated most of the researchers of that period led them to define its literature with affectation ,weakness and retardation . Contemporary Scholars took no notice of the literature of the Middle ages , especially during the reign of Mameluke , besides the numerous references which ornamented the culture of that epoch ; Such references show that life is still felt far away of the evaluation of Criticism . Although we don't accept the authors' excessiveness in the skills of rhetoric , nevertheless such tasks should not be neglected.
Indeed , Criticism is a science which has fundamentals , and is an art with endowment and self- creativity, aiming at serving literature ,conducting varions means like analyzing the contexts and viewing about them.
So, it's the duty of the authors of the Islamic epochs , especially , after the decline of the Abbasi Impire , to grasp the value of the objective and tactful criticism and apply its conditions on poetry and praise.
Among those is the writer of (Metali-el- Budoor in the houses of gayness) –Baha- el-deen Ali Bin Abdullah EL-Ghazooli (died in 815 A.H.)whose brief critical views are the core of this survey.
Our study is divided into three chapters .
The first one deals with the political , social and cultural influences on the cultured men of that time , specially El- Ghazooli , studying his own life and his cultural attempts.
The second chapter is interested in the critical aspects which characterized the criticism of El- Ghazooli in his book (Matali el- Buboor in the houses of gayness) such as ; evaluating utterances ; conducting the literal contexts and the connection between style and the beauty of the context .
Furthermore , the third chapter contains a conclusion of what has been mentioned in the first two chapters.

Teaching Competence Needed to Teacher-Students for the History and their Influence on their Self-Confidence

In present, all programmes designed to prepare teachers (in primary and secondary schools) on certain set of criteria, namely those associated with teachers' knowledge and their performance. However, all experimental studies show that knowledge is different from performance. In other words, a man with knowledge may not necessarily used in his practical life, and this may lead to a gap between knowledge and its application. So, all those who are concerned with this issue (preparing teachers) started valuating the programmes, and this cause the emergence of the term (competency)at the end of the sixties of the 20th century. This term is found to deal with deficiencies in these programmes.
These programmes with competencies focus are characterized by:
1 – The trainees' ability to do the task efficiently.
2 – Success stands on practice.
3 – Increase in the trainees experience.
This research aims at tracking the effect of teaching sufficiencies on increasing self confidence in forth-year students/ Dept. of history, by making them answer the following hypothesis:
There is no statistical difference at a level of significance (0,05) in the degrees of confidence scale, between the experimental and control group.
The researcher has chosen a random sample of (45) students, divided into two groups, the experimental and control group.
Also, the researcher specified the equivalence needed for certain variables effective on the experiment of the two groups. Then, he prepared a list of teaching competencies required and a scale for self confidence, and checking their validity and reliability by using statistics.
The statistical analysis shows that the subjects of the experimental group scored higher marks than the subjects of the control group on the self confidence scale. Finally a number of recommendations and suggestions are provided.

The importance of identifying the nature of the trends of individuals about issues or situations are different, the important issue of the current study, however, that the topic of the trend towards psychology has not received much attention of researchers, particularly in Iraq and this Malmesh researchers during the process of gathering resources and information related to the subject of their research, as the problem of the study lies in the feeling of the students that the profession of psychology profession is appropriate for students and is still prevalent belief that psychologists are difficult people to deal with them as individuals, so the goal of current research to: - to identify trends of university students about psychology. - to identify the individual differences between the sexes (males and females) in their attitudes towards psychology. - identify the differences between the specialization of scientific and humanitarian in their attitudes towards psychology. - identify the differences between the first and fourth in their attitudes towards psychology . The selected sample was (200) students in a method of class random order to achieve the objectives of the research has been building a tool consisting of (30), paragraph measure students' attitudes toward psychology was also sure of the properties Alsekoumtria to measure results showed that university students have towards negative and a negative view about psychology, there are no differences between males and females in their attitudes towards psychology, while trends were students of scientific specialization positive about psychology, and students of the first phase have had a negative view about psychology while they look at the fourth stage a positive outlook about psychology, the researchers came out a set of recommendations, including: - the introduction of psychology as a separate subject in all grade levels (middle and junior high and university). - preparation of teaching staff is qualified to teach this material.

The Efficacy Level Measurement of the Educational Self of the University Teaching Staff

Self-Efficacy is one component of the social cognitive theory and its an important variable in the educational psychology field , Bandura refers to it as teachers self-efficacy beliefs; a judgment or cognition of their ability to have behavior a positive effect on students learning , classroom management , as well as its role in their persevering and maintaining effectiveness for hard-working with students.
Literature denote that self-efficacy has an indirect effect on teachers academic performance as it is connected with the abilities necessary to complete their learning for self-regulation, for developing his pedagogical skills, and his experiences in teaching performance, in high level of self-efficacy the teacher becomes more effective as be part of his effect environment , and his task is not limited by promoting his students motivation, or maintaining students activities in the classroom .But for the present aims and it planning for them, by activate teachers achieving self-efficacy.
The present research aims at achieving the followings :
1. Measuring the self-efficacy of university teachers ?
2. Identifying the differences in the self-efficacy according to teachers sex variable ?
3. Identifying the differences in the self-efficacy according to academic specialization ?
4. Identifying the differences in the self-efficacy according to scientific degree ?
In order to achieve the aims of the present research , self-efficacy scale was constructed for measuring this concept which is defined as: "teachers( he or she ) beliefs in his her abilities which motivate success in solving problem with his students".
The results show that the university teachers in various scientific degrees have amore moderate level in self-efficacy , and they were (teachers sex , academic specialization , and scientific degree ) have no effect on the self-efficacy.
In the light of the findings , some conclusions and suggestion were given.

The Aim of Study:
The Present study aims at evaluate the program for preparing teachers of Arabic in the college of Education for the perspective of students and teachers throughout answering the following questions:
• What are power aspect and weakness aspect in the programs from students' and teachers' perspective?
• What are the suggestions of students and teachers to develop programs?
The Limits:
The present study is confined to:
1- Fourth stage classes in Department if Arabic in the colleges of Education Kerbala University, fort eh academic year 2010-2011.
2- Teachers of Arabic in colleges of Education Kerbala University, fort eh academic year 2010-2011.
The community and sample of study:
The number of students of fourth stages in the Department of Arabic in colleges of Education Kerbala University (109) students malefemale students. While the number of teachers in the same department was (47) male / female teachers.
The researcher preferred to make the individuals of the research.
The Instrument:
The researcher prepared two open questionnaires as the main instrument for information collecting of (20) male female students in the fourth stage in the Arabic Department , and (10) teachers in the same department in colleges of Education Kerbala University. The researcher posed an open question related to mentioning aspects of power and weakness in the program of preparing in the program of preparing teachers of Arabic according to the following pivots:
First pivot: students acceptability
Second pivot: the program objectives
Third pivot: curricula item, their contents and items.
Fourth Pivot: methods and styles of teaching.
Fifth Pivot: educational means, educational techniques.
Sixth pivot: views, and application.
Seventh pivot: evaluation, examinations.
In the light of the students' and teachers' answers on the open questionnaire, and the review on the literature and studies related to the evaluation of program, the closing questionnaire for students and teacher primary. The researcher verified their apparent validity by showing them to experts and specialists.
The researcher applied two questionnaires on the sample of students and teacher of 109 female and male students, and 47 students. After completing the application the researcher recollected the questionnaire, and used percentage and means and statistical means to analysis the researcher.
